Our Company

Designer Stucco has been in the lath and plaster business for 25 years. We started in California with California-style stucco. In 1997 we moved to Oklahoma, and are currently located in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma.

We have had the privilege of collaborating with many fine builders in Oklahoma. Please see our Project Gallery.

We install traditional interior lath and plaster and have added the EIFS system (Exterior Installation and Finish System). We also install Cultured Stone.

Designer Stucco is EIFS Certified* through the AWCI (Association of the Wall and Ceiling Industry).

What is EIFS?

EIFS (pronounced "EEFS") is an acronym for "exterior insulation and finish system" (EIFS). An EIFS is an insulative, multi-layered wall cladding system used in all types of building construction and consists of Expanded Polystyrene (EPS) insulation adhered or attached to an approved substrate, basecoat reinforced with a fiberglass mesh, and an architectural finish.

Why use EIFS?

EIFS is an energy-efficient cladding that is lightweight and flexible. It can easily be formed to execute dramatic architectural details like reveals, corbels, quoins, etc. A wide range of finishes allows the designer to emulate brick, stone, precast concrete and plaster details.

*AWCI certification is a voluntary, industry-led effort that recognizes personnel who have met specified standards as measured by the EIFS examinations; it demonstrates to the industry and the public that the individuals have been instructed in accepted EIFS practices and have demonstrated the acquired knowledge through testing.
